White Label & Private Label
Coffee Production
Fast, low-complexity routes to selling for specialty coffee products under your brand.
White label and private label production allow you to bring your own branded specialty coffee to market, supported by an established roasting and production partner. We work with cafés, hospitality groups, retailers, and brand-led businesses looking to build brand presence through coffee, with consistent quality, flexible packaging, and production models designed for repeatable, commercial supply.
How OUR WHITE LABEL Model WORKS
A fast, practical approach to producing specialty coffee under your own brand.
White label uses coffees we already own and roast as part of our seasonal range, allowing for fast turnaround and consistent results.
You select from established blends or microlots that are already in production. Coffees are roasted to established profiles, removing the need for development work while maintaining consistency.
Key characteristics
Coffees selected from our current seasonal range
Roasted to established profiles
No roast development required
Minimum order
From 6kg
Best suited for
Cafés launching their own branded retail coffee products
Hospitality groups standardising a house coffee
Brands testing their market
White label prioritises speed, flexibility, and low operational complexity, while still delivering specialty-grade coffee under your own brand.
HOW OUR PRIVATE LABEL MODEL WORKS
A more tailored approach to producing specialty coffee under your own brand.
Private label uses coffees we already have available, with roast profile or blend customisation to better reflect your brand’s preferences.
You work within our current coffee availability to define a flavour profile or develop a custom blend. Development is collaborative and practical, focused on repeatable production rather than open-ended experimentation.
Key characteristics
Coffees selected from available seasonal stock
Roast profiles adjusted or blends developed
Defined development scope, production-led approach
Minimum order
From 15kg, depending on blend complexity
Best suited for
Brands seeking a more distinct flavour profile
Cafés with a clear taste direction
Businesses planning for longer-term consistency or growth
Private label prioritises differentiation and control, while keeping production complexity and costs proportionate.
What a Typical Project Looks Like
Select a coffee
Choose from our current seasonal range, based on flavour preferences and intended use.
Confirm the production model
White label (existing roast profiles) or private label (custom roast profile or blend).
Agree on packaging format
Labelled stock bags, fully printed packaging, custom solution or client-supplied packaging.
Provide label or packaging artwork
Clients are responsible for supplying print-ready label or packaging designs. We provide technical guidance on formats, specifications, and regulatory requirements where needed.
Production and packing
Coffee is roasted, packed, and prepared for dispatch in line with the agreed scope and timeline.
At that point, everything shifts into production — and your branded coffee becomes a physical product, not a plan.
COFFEE QUALITY & AVAILABILITY
All white label and private label projects use 100% arabica, specialty-grade coffee, sourced and roasted to leading commercial standards.
Our range is built around coffees selected for quality first, working exclusively with fresh-crop specialty coffee.
Microlots start from score SCA 85+, while core coffees are chosen for their ability to deliver reliable flavour performance across service, retail, and repeat production.
We are also bio-certified, and can support certified projects where required.
Availability changes seasonally, reflecting fresh crop cycles and quality standards rather than fixed, year-round sourcing. This allows us to maintain quality without compromising supply reliability.
In practice:
Core coffees are reviewed and adjusted two to three times per year to maintain quality and consistency
Microlots vary in availability — some are short runs, others are available for longer periods
When a coffee changes, suitable alternatives are discussed to maintain flavour profile continuity
This approach reflects how seriously we take specialty coffee — from fresh-crop selection through to roasting and long-term consistency.

How Packaging Choice Affects Lead Times
Lead times are driven primarily by packaging choice, not roasting.
Stock bags with labels: fastest turnaround once artwork is supplied
Fully printed or non-standard packaging: longer lead times due to print and production requirements
Client-supplied packaging or bulk supply: shortest lead times
Exact timelines depend on packaging format, artwork readiness, order size, and production availability. Lead times are confirmed at the point of order.
